Google vs. Bing

Ever since Microsoft launched its new search engine Bing, many have compared Bing to the gold standard of all search engines- Google.
Does Bing have a better interface?  Is it an improvement over Microsoft’s Live search?  Will Bing change interface for holidays?  And most importantly, does Bing provide better  search results than Google?
