How LexTweet Brings Legal Community Together on Twitter
Jan 1st, 2009 | By Rex Gradeless | Category: Featured, Lead Article, Social MediaLawyer and social media guru Kevin O’Keefe, of Real Lawyers Have Blogs, has done it again!
Kevin has brought lawyers, law students, legal professionals, and other professionals together in a new site called LexTweet.
LexTweet allows those using Twitter to submit their Twitter feeds to the LexTweet site providing a central location for the legal community. LexTweet allows viewers to follow the latest trends and tweets in the legal profession to “discuss all matters pertaining to law”.
LexTweet provides an archived list of legal professionals using Twitter so you can easily find your colleagues. This new site is complete with lawyer Twitter rankings and an explanation of Twitter for those not already using the service.
Twitter is a service for friends, family, and co-workers to communicate and stay connected through the exchange of quick, frequent answers to one simple question: What are you doing?
Kevin says LexTweet is in a beta version (this only means the site will become better!). Kevin has once again taken a major step in bringing social media to the legal profession. Thank you Kevin!
As the site indicates: “Don’t get left behind”. Sign up for LexTweet today!
