Sharon Lovell
Recruiting for the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation – Office of Workforce Planning brings great challenges that involve speaking to a vast array of professionals. Sharon is involved in seeking out professionals who are willing to work within the institutions as Psychiatrists, Clinical Psychologists, Clinical Social Workers, and across the range to a Groundskeeper. It is the Office of Workforce Planning who brings the individuals through the certification process from the initial application and the supplemental application then presenting the potential candidate to the hiring institution. Currently a 1L at Lincoln Law, Sharon focuses on Crim Law, Appellate, and Con Law due to her current status of employment within the State of California as an analyst. Intentions are to go into Public Law for the first five
years of practice.
