Legal Tweeter of the Week
-Dennis Jansen is our Legal Tweeter of the Week this week. It’s because he is pretty bad ass and got shot his 1L year. We also enjoy some of the cases he tweets about.

Halloween
-Huma doesn’t dress up for Halloween? That’s interesting. On the other hand, Josh is dressing up as Captain Hammer.

-One of the big costumes this year will be Balloon Boy. Lady Gaga will also make a large splash.

Social Media Use Gone Awry
-Josh has only heard of one person losing their job because of social media. Huma knows about an attorney that got fired for writing an online erotic novel.
-Are lawyers being reprimanded for violating the duty of confidentiality on Twitter and Facebook? Josh and Huma haven’t heard about any cases. But they’re not omniscient.
-Are new ethical rules necessary to battle this problem?
-In South Carolina, some new rules are already taking shape.

Questions
-What are Josh and Huma’s favorite cases?
-Would Huma or Josh ever hang out a shingle and kick it solo?
-What is the dress code at Bar Review?
