Loi Laing

Loi graduated with honors from Miami-Dade College with an A.A. in Pre-Law Studies, and Florida International University with a B.A. in Sociology & Anthropology and minors in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship. She received a full scholarship to attend Florida State University College of Law where she received her JD and has also studied law at Oxford University in England and the University of the West Indies in Barbados. As a practicing attorney for almost a decade specializing in corporate matters, Loi also gets to "follow her bliss" on the faculty at the University of Phoenix where she teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in business law and management. She is also a talented chef, nutritionist and certified as a Health Counselor by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and conducts interactive workshops, group seminars, and teleconferences. Her speciality is whole foods, plant-based nutrition: vegetarian, vegan and raw/living foods. It is her firm belief that good health is created not just by eating well, but also by maintaining balance in our relationships, career, and spiritual practice and she works on empowering her fellow attorneys to realize the same.
